Service Estimates

Quotes provided online, by phone, text, or email are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may depend on item volume, weight, access, labor required, disposal fees, and other job-specific details.

Scheduling

Pickup times are scheduled based on availability. Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for identifying the items to be removed and confirming that they have the legal right to dispose of those items. Please disclose any hazardous, restricted, or unusually heavy materials before service.

Items We May Not Accept

We may decline hazardous, illegal, restricted, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable items at our discretion. Availability of disposal options may vary by location and item type.

Liability

We work carefully, but customers should clear pathways and identify fragile areas before service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Already Gone Junk Removal is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or issues caused by inaccurate information provided before the job.
